School Overview
Sampaloc Elementary School was established in December 2009. Situated at Barangay Sampaloc IV, City of Dasmarinas, Cavite. The school is a complete mono-grade public elementary school. The school has an land area of 3,350 square meters. It was acquired through the Resolution No. 076 S. 2009 which was approved by the Sanggunian Bayan on its 21st Regular Session dated August 17, 2009. The school is serving mainly youths of 2 barangays namely: Sampaloc IV and Luzviminda II.

As the head, I am so grateful to be part of its success and endeavor to be the best that we can be.
The continual adjustments that this life-changing crisis have necessitated may increase burden and concerns for your families and these are very much on our hearts and minds. Your determination to stand-up and find opportunity amidst this life-changing times deepens our admiration to all of you.
As challenging as these times are, they also represent an opportunity for the best to come out in all of us. We, altogether, will continue to embrace the opportunity to show kindness and compassion to your family during this challenging time.
As we face another school year, we are pressing forward with our dedication to deliver programs to the students in as complete and uninterrupted manner as possible, and our roles in the development of a child-friendly, gender-sensitive, and safe and motivating environment for our learners are especially vital to the success of our mission.
The test of our institution is the strength of our relationships. Certainly, the will to rise, the endeavor to find new opportunities and the help of one another is the true excellence of human spirit.

VISION
We envision of pupils who manifest the DepEd's Core values and whose attitude towards learning conform to improving the literacy, numeracy target art, as well as to improving the nutritional status that will decrease the dropout rate of the school.
MISSION
To protect and promote the right of every Filipino to quality, equitable, culture-based, and complete basic education where:
Pupils learn in a child-friendly, gender-sensitive, safe and motivating environment, wherein, they actively participate in the teaching and learning process
Teachers facilitate learning and consistently perform different initiatives to realize the school's vision
Administrators and staff, as stewards of the institution, who strengthen the school by promoting positive learning environment
Family, community, and other stakeholders as extension and support system of the institution and adhere holistically to its vision.
